Scheduling your next appointment with us is quick and convenient. Our online booking platform allows you to easily select your service and pick a time that works best for you!
Before booking your appointment, please take note of our cancellation policy. We kindly ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Scheduling policies
Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can sometimes interfere with your scheduled salon appointment. However, to ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients efficiently, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Fee: Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation or rescheduling will result in a cancellation fee. The fee will be 50% of the total service charge for the scheduled appointment.
How to Cancel: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by phone at (406) 855-2837 or via email at jordancstylist@gmail.com. You may also cancel or reschedule through our online booking system if you booked your appointment online.
Late Arrivals: Please note that arriving late to your appointment may result in a shortened service time to accommodate other clients scheduled after you. In such cases, you will still be responsible for the full service charge.
No-Shows: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice will result in a charge equivalent to the full service charge of the scheduled appointment.
Exceptions: Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
